He has broad expertise in project management, business process construction, and cost-effectiveness assessment. 10+ years of experience in management positions.

He worked at Rosenergoholding, Institute of Urban Development, Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation, Dedal-Stroy and headed the capital construction department at KIT Scientific and Production Association.

He graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University, has an Executive MBA from Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.
