Elina Idrisova, leader of the International Markets business unit, participated in the meeting of the Saudi-Russian Business Council in Riyadh on July 6.

The Saudi-Russian Business Council accommodates representatives of large Saudi Arabian businesses and the Russian trade mission, and its main purpose is to promote trade and to establish sound business connections between the Russia Federation and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The July 6 meeting was aimed to define the strategic objectives for the business partnership between two countries and its performance assessment model and to choose the priority areas of work as well. Moreover, the meeting agenda included a discussion of specific measures to develop cooperation in business and culture: establishing a Saudi-Russian industrial fund and bank, developing a unified program of product and service standards, simplifying procedures for joint venture incorporation, promoting market entry and private business development.

The unique business model of Ctrl2GO Solutions was noted: we turned out to be the only Russian private technology company present in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. According to the meeting participants, other Russian companies either do not focus on expansion or have difficulties in entering the market for various reasons, including the language barrier.

The cooperation with the Saudi-Russian Business Council is an important step for the Ctrl2GO Group business development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
