Ctrl2GO Solutions Got ISO 20000-1:2018 Certification

Ctrl2GO Solutions has received certification that the IT service management system used in the company meets the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018. Application of this standard allows to reduce risks, to provide higher quality level of IT-services, to increase efficiency of processes and to ensure quick reaction to customer needs. Moreover, the certificate is a prerequisite for entering into contracts with customers from other countries and allows customers who issue tenders to quickly identify the contractors to work with in the most reliable and safest way.

A company certification process involves checking its policies, objectives, IT service risk assessment system and procedures used against the standard. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 sets out the requirements for planning, developing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving an IT service management system.

Earlier, Ctrl2GO Solutions received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate confirming the compliance of the quality management system with international standards.
